Mandatory Rule : – No electrical installation work like wiring, additions, alterations, or repairs can be carried out except by an electrical contractor. He has to be licensed by the State Government. He should be working under the direct supervision of a certified electrical supervisor.
Licenses in the state are issued by the Chief Electrical Inspector to Government – CEIG, Department of Electrical Inspectorate.
